Hello Friends,
I believe deeply that creating a lifestyle of well-being takes deliberate effort, often requiring us to slow down and “befriend” discomfort.
THE CADENCE OF WELLBEING CAN SOMETIMES FEEL A BIT STACCATO, AND AT OTHER TIMES LIKE A FLUID LEGATO.
While I love to be funny and lighthearted, I am most committed to serving as a guide in self-discovery and facilitating growth as we all move toward purposeful living. When coaching clients at Vision Project, I often remind them that this initial discomfort we may feel is temporary, and that mastery takes personal planning, reflection & commitment, and accountability in community.
