Your Ultimate Self Care To-do List: Pause, Reflect, Implement

Hello Friends,

How have you been?


The first half of our wellness series was so insightful and refreshing. There were many things I was reminded of and a few things I learned. What I appreciated most was that each contributor highlighted the importance of intentionality. This midpoint was a good opportunity for me to pause, reflect, take inventory in these spheres and jeuje them up! A few things I’ve done so far are:

  1. scheduled exercise times for the family

  2. purchased some things for a hobby that I would like to explore (more coming on that!)

  3. continued scripture journaling

  4. established a new rhythm of rest, which included a two week “sabbatical”
